To find all data related to a gene or region of interest, click on the Gene/Region option at the top of the screen and enter your gene or region into the search box.

The gene/region page searches across phenotypes, markers and studies for any association with that gene. Results are provided as separate tabs for each type of search.

The phenotypes show association with any markers in that gene/region. Markers are situated in that gene/region and also have association data, and any studies returned mention the gene/region in their summaries.

There are also options provided to extend the 5′ and 3′ flanking regions either side of the gene or region.
